Production is 10 - 15 Days
We typically ship your Hand Made-To-Fit order within 10-15 business days from the following day that the order was placed. We are unable to cancel or alter any Harness order after 3 business days from the date that the order was placed. Shipping times will be determined by the carrier chosen during check out and shipped AFTER production times quoted.

We typically need 2–3 business days to pack and ship most in-stock items. If your order includes any custom or made-to-order pieces — like our custom fans or handmade harnesses — they’ll take a bit longer. Production timelines are listed on each product page.
If you ordered a mix of in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship everything together once it’s all ready. If there are any delays or we need to split the shipment, we’ll reach out.
Please note: Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, and we do not guarantee any packing or delivery timeframes. Shipping timelines begin after production and processing. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays beyond our control.

Returns
We want you to love what you ordered — but because many of our products are made-to-order, not everything is eligible for return.
All harnesses and any items that are not kept in stock or are made on demand are considered custom and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on in-stock, non-custom items may be approved on a case-by-case basis, and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before submitting any return request.

Are Daftboy Harnesses Handmade To Order?
All Daftboy harnesses are handmade to order in our Oakland, CA studio. Production typically ships within 5 business days for most styles, though some styles ship in 7 or 10 to 15 business days. Check the product page for the production time on your specific harness. Times are not guaranteed and may vary by a few days depending on demand.
What Are Daftboy Harnesses Made From?
Daftboy harnesses are made from high-quality vegan recycled polyester fabric straps that are water resistant and earth-friendly. Hardware is hypoallergenic zinc alloy rings and rivets with recycled plastic buckles for easy on and off. Each harness is finished with sturdy rivets, heat-sealed ends, and backed inside with the Daftboy DB Pattern. Strap design and print vary by style.
How Do I Find My Harness Size?
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Standard sizes are XS (32 to 36 in / 79 to 91 cm), S/M (37 to 42 in / 92 to 107 cm), and L/XL (43 to 47 in / 108 to 119 cm). If your chest falls outside those ranges or between sizes, select Custom Chest Size and enter your measurement in the order notes. For Asymmetrical harnesses, specify left or right shoulder placement in the order notes. If no shoulder is specified, your harness will default to left shoulder.
Can I Customize A Harness?
Yes. Daftboy offers fully custom harnesses, including the ability to add your own artwork, text, or pattern to any harness style. Browse our custom harness collection to get started.
What Is The Warranty On Harnesses?
All harness sales are final. Daftboy harnesses are handmade to order and are not eligible for return or exchange, including for sizing. If your harness arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email daft@daftboy.com with photos and your order number and the team will work with you on a resolution.
