We ramped up our harness production and now will typically ship your Hand-Crafted-To-Fit order within 5 business days from the following day that the order was placed. So now you can still get your harness in time for a party, event, rave, festival, however last minute that decision may be! And if it's very last minute, and you need your harness in a day or two, please, reach out to us at daft@daftboy.com and we will make it happen!

***Please Note: We are unable to cancel or alter any harness order after 2 business days from the date that the order was placed. Shipping times will be determined by the carrier chosen during check out and shipped AFTER production times quoted.
***Please Note: Production times quoted are not guaranteed and may be over or under by a few days due to demand, but we will still do our best to ship your harness within the quoted production time. We are unable to alter sizing after production is completed. All Harness Sales are final and not eligible for return as we Hand Make each harness and consider these to be Custom Fitted. ***
Shipping
We typically need 2–3 business days to pack and ship most in-stock items. If your order includes any custom or made-to-order pieces — like our custom fans or handmade harnesses — they’ll take a bit longer. Production timelines are listed on each product page.
If you ordered a mix of in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship everything together once it’s all ready. If there are any delays or we need to split the shipment, we’ll reach out.
Please note: Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, and we do not guarantee any packing or delivery timeframes. Shipping timelines begin after production and processing. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays beyond our control.

We want you to love what you ordered — but because many of our products are made-to-order, not everything is eligible for return.
All harnesses and any items that are not kept in stock or are made on demand are considered custom and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on in-stock, non-custom items may be approved on a case-by-case basis, and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before submitting any return request.
