Shipping
We typically need 2–3 business days to pack and ship most in-stock items. If your order includes any custom or made-to-order pieces — like our custom fans or handmade harnesses — they’ll take a bit longer. Production timelines are listed on each product page.
If you ordered a mix of in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship everything together once it’s all ready. If there are any delays or we need to split the shipment, we’ll reach out.
Please note: Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, and we do not guarantee any packing or delivery timeframes. Shipping timelines begin after production and processing. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays beyond our control.

Returns on in-stock, non-custom items may be approved on a case-by-case basis, and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before submitting any return request.

FAQs
How Big Is This Fan?
Open: oversized 13 by 24.5 inches for maximum clack and airflow. Closed: 13 by 1 inch, slim enough to fit in most bags or purses.
Does This Fan Clack?
Yes. Every Daftboy fan uses real bamboo ribs with a riveted pivot, which is what produces the loud signature Thwoorp sound. The rivet keeps the snap crisp through repeated use, unlike glued or threaded pivots that loosen over time. Polyester fabric panels are full-color printed for vibrant designs.
How Fast Can I Get My Fan?
Stock fans ship quickly from our Oakland, California studio. 🇺🇸 US Customers: USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 3 to 5 days after shipping. 🌎 International Customers: USPS International or UPS Worldwide depending on the option selected at checkout. 💨 Need it faster? 2-day and next-day shipping options are available at checkout.
What Is Daftboy's 30 Day Guarantee?
Every Daftboy stock fan comes with our 30 Day Guarantee covering manufacturing defects, damage on arrival, or incorrect shipments. To file a claim, email daft@daftboy.com with photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

DEFINITELY POPPING!!
Website was easy to navigate ... was able to choose from a variety of fans ... received in a reasonable time ... packaged with care ... and most of all it POPS the way I expect. Unfortunately, I was only able to use it once. Someone at the event took it off my table when I left to go to buffet table. So, I'll need to order another. Guess they liked it too. Since my experience was GREAT, I'll be reaching out soon.

First off, let's talk about the design. This fan ain't playing around. It's got that wild leopard print that's straight-up fierce. It's like having a piece of the jungle right in your hand. When it's folded up, it's compact enough to fit in my bag, and when I whip it out, trust me, heads turn.

My FAVORITE ANIMAL PRINT!!!
It was everything I ever DREAMED of! Just in time for 'bathing suit' season, despite Covid-19, I have a backyard pool, and I style in it every single year! Its horribly hot in Vegas, but now that I have my beautiful, wonderful Animal Print hand fan, I shall win the bathing beauty contest of my backyard, this year! I always lose to Ginger, my adopted mix breed, but this year, I'll win, Paws down!!!
