These Holsters are lightweight & water-resistant, made with a comfortable, breathable inner lining to give you the best comfort while showing off your true colors. The fiber-optic fabric stays cool to the touch and is lit from the LED light source on the side of the holster to create an array of scattered lights across the entire front of the holster.

To Use: 

The USB recharge port is built into the top controller of this holster. Simply press the middle button of the elastic holder at the top to change colors, or cycle through different settings.

Simply hold down the same middle button of the elastic holder for about 3 seconds to turn this device On or Off.

Please, note: to generate certain colors and pattern modes, there will be variations in colors, and some colors may slightly overlap.

We recommend the folding fan handle goes in first into the holster to protect the Fan's Fabric as seen in our product images.
