Cesar Ayala is currently the reigning Mr. Gay San Francisco 2017 - 2018. Winning this title was no small feat as he was the first Deaf winner in Mr. Gay San Francisco Pageant history since 1970’s and the first Latino Deaf winner in the entire history of this pageant.
