How It Works:
Life doesn’t stop when your products do. Take the guessing, waiting, and stress out of dealing with breakdowns. We’re your personal experts on standby.
Most Daftboys products are covered for 30 days under our replacement policy. But as we all know, Life Happens! So we are happy to offer an extended 6-month or 1-year warranty for your peace of mind!
Coverage:
Our warranty will only cover the product(s) purchased in the same order as a warranty. Please make sure to select the correct coverage needed for the products you are purchasing.
Your warranty will start on the same day your product is purchased and will cover any possible manufacturing defect or fault.
Our Extended Warranty WILL NOT COVER:
- Any damage due to Normal Wear and Tear: This includes fraying or wear and tear to any fabric portion of a fan or harness, or fading of colors due to sun damage or bleaching.
- Any damage due to Misuse
- Lost and/or Stolen Items.
- Any Mystery Products
- Any Clearance Item
Additionally, We Can Only Accommodate One (1) Replacement Product Per Warranty And Product Purchased.
An additional warranty may be purchased for replacement products when any replacement is issued and will only cover that product.

Transferable.
Anyone you give the covered product to will be able to obtain service under the Extended Warranty. No additional charges or restrictions apply.
Convenient claim support.
We're here for you if something goes wrong.
This warranty is not valid for any Custom Products.
Repair and Replacement Shipping is Covered.
We'll cover any and all shipping costs within the USA for any product covered by your warranty. (International Orders will be required to pay for return shipping. See our Shipping Policy for more information.)
Product Replacement Plan
If your product stops working within your warranty, we'll fix, replace it or offer a store credit for the product's value after any discounts on any discontinued product.
Filing A Claim:
To file a claim is easy. Just email us at daft@daftboy.com with:
- Your order number. (should start with db-)
- A picture or video of the affected areas that are covered by the Warranty.
- A picture or video of the full product.
- A brief description of how the manufacturing default.
That's all you need to file your claim.
Shipping
We typically need 2–3 business days to pack and ship most in-stock items. If your order includes any custom or made-to-order pieces — like our custom fans or handmade harnesses — they’ll take a bit longer. Production timelines are listed on each product page.
If you ordered a mix of in-stock and custom items, we’ll ship everything together once it’s all ready. If there are any delays or we need to split the shipment, we’ll reach out.
Please note: Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, and we do not guarantee any packing or delivery timeframes. Shipping timelines begin after production and processing. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays beyond our control.

Returns
We want you to love what you ordered — but because many of our products are made-to-order, not everything is eligible for return.
All harnesses and any items that are not kept in stock or are made on demand are considered custom and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on in-stock, non-custom items may be approved on a case-by-case basis, and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before submitting any return request.
