My overall experience with using the item is excellent hands down. This is my second one, but the 1st time I’ve ordered from here.It was ❤️ @ 1st , but it was stolen. Very well made fans for big hands. I looked it up and was so happy to luck up find it again. Thought I had lost it forever since the third party I originally ordered from no longer had the item. Outstanding, fast, friendly customer service. I would recommend this shop
