Haven’t received the products
So I haven’t received any of the fans I purchased and now Daftboy are putting responsibility on me for chasing Royal Mail - very poor!!

Hey Wade, We have been in constant contact with you regarding your package via email including your back ordered items. I am sorry that you felt that you had to chase Royal Mail. Again what we discovered was the main reason for this delay was that you didn't include your apartment number when you placed your order. As stated in our last email we have reached back out to Royal Mail and we have updated your address with Royal Mail, they said it should be re-delivered in 2 business days with the apartment number you just provided 10 hours ago via email.
